Pieter de Monchy, P.E., C.P.M. is the Founder and President of PdM Consulting, Inc. He has been in the Real Estate Development industry working for both private and public clients for over 30 years. Mr. de Monchy has been a Registered Civil Engineer for 20 years and has performed services as a Civil Engineer, Certified Project Manager and Program Manager for over 20 years.
Most recently, Mr. de Monchy was the Department Manager for Civil Engineering Consulting in California for ARCADIS-US, Inc.
Mr. de Monchy was recently appointed to the City of Carlsbad Beach Preservation Committee by Mayor Hall.
